The Kearney MBA Diversity Boot Camp aims to provide newly admitted pre-MBA students of Black, Latinx/Hispanic, Indigenous, and Native American backgrounds an opportunity to learn about Kearney, network with our consultants, and participate in case workshops to prepare them for the consulting interview. This will be an in-person two-day program hosted by current Kearney consultants that will include informative panels, mock interviews, and networking opportunities with senior leaders at Kearney. Transportation, hotel, and meals will be provided. Upon completion of the boot camp, participants will be automatically considered for Kearney’s 2024 summer consultant program. Those chosen to interview for the program will be notified.
