As our Social Media Content Creator/Manager, your main focus will be crafting and managing compelling content across our social media platforms. These platforms include TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels, creating engaging and informative videos that resonate with our audience and others. This role requires a high level of creativity, enthusiasm for social media trends, and a solid understanding of digital marketing dynamics.
PAY: $50/DAY – 7 DAYS A WEEK.
Job can take as little as 1 hour, and should take no longer than 3 hours per day!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, film, and edit at least two engaging videos daily, 7 days a week, for posting on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels. The specific video can be the same across all platforms, and videos can be made in advance, but two original videos must be posted per day, per platform.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand identity, aesthetic, and marketing goals.
- Periodically manage and respond to comments and direct messages daily between 10 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday, fostering a positive community and customer service experience.
- Analyze performance metrics to gauge content effectiveness, making adjustments to content strategy as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Look for influencers or other companies that may benefit Sentient Snacks in a potential partnership.
- Participate in monthly team meetings to report on content performance and discuss upcoming initiatives.

- Video Production: Proficiency in creating and editing video content, particularly for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels.
- Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific requirements, including knowledge of current trends and best practices.

Other Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing direct experience creating video content for social media.
- Strong video editing skills and familiarity with editing software (e.g., TikTok editing).
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a fully remote setting.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret and utilize data to drive decision-making.
- Creative and strategic thinker with attention to detail.
- Proven knowledge on up-to-date trends, audios, and video styles
Preferred Skills:
- Experience as a content creator, especially with viral videos (over 100K views)
- Basic to Intermediate Social Media & Marketing Experience
- Basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing videos & post layouts.
