Role Description-
As a Website and SEO summer intern at LUMNA you will have the unique opportunity to shape and execute strategic marketing initiatives that will elevate our brand and accelerate our sales growth trajectory. We are looking for a creative and resourceful individual who thrives in a dynamic start-up environment and is eager to take on new challenges. An interest or experience in pain management or natural medicine is a plus.
This is a part-time (20 hours/week) unpaid remote internship. The intern will be responsible for conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, link building, web analytics, on-page and off SEO tasks and conducting data analysis.
Duration: 2 months unpaid remote internship May-June 2024
Responsibilities of intern include:
- Support marketing efforts, plans, and strategies through creation, implementation, and execution of digital marketing-specific projects.
- Conduct web page optimization
- Keyword research to identify and shortlist longtail and short tail keywords to improve website ranking.
- Meta tags, meta description, URL Optimization refinement.
- Use web analytics to derive analytical reports and implement data driven SEO strategy.
- Excel at conducting on page and off page SEO
- Conduct data analysis, present data to company CEO and recommend data driven strategy.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Experience in conducting keyword research and performing SEO audits
- Strong link building and web analytics skills
- Expertise in on-page SEO optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Direct to Consumer Marketing
- Shopify Experience is a plus
- Google Analytics and AdWords certified is a plus
- Experience/interest in healthcare industry
