Liberty Home Guard, an industry-leading provider of home warranty services, is currently seeking an experienced and highly passionate SEO Analyst to join our dynamic team. As the SEO Analyst, your primary role will be to make significant contributions to the growth of our digital marketing efforts by driving organic traffic, understanding keyword priorities, and helping to enhance our online visibility. We are looking for a creative thinker with a solid understanding of SEO principles and the ability to communicate these effectively to a wider team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute various SEO strategies and tasks to optimize website performance, rankings and increase web traffic.
- Perform comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and formulate effective SEO strategies.
- Analyze website performance data and optimization methods using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Looker, and Search Console.
- Execute technical SEO analysis, and implement SEO technical requirements including internal link building, site mapping, etc.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams, being the point person driving content marketing efforts forward with the interest of drivingSEO objectives and improving content deliverability and performance.
- Research and put together SEO strategies for new growth opportunities, site/content updates, new products and redesigns
- Collaborate with analytics and media teams to define KPIs and measurement plans to provide regular SEO performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Understand the major factors influencing organic search, crawling, indexing, and keyword ranking to help increase our search visibility and rankings
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing and SEO lead, product, developers, editorial and designers to drive SEO plans.
- Keep up with the digital media industry landscape, SEO best practices, algorithm changes to inform SEO strategies and tactics, and help identify new growth opportunities
- Link SEO strategies with social media and PR to create a cohesive digital strategy for the organization.
- Utilize tools like (SEMRush,, AHrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, etc) Tools for website analysis and competitor research.
- Conduct regular audits of website content, structure, and performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to maintain or improve search engine rankings.
- Implement on-page optimization efforts, including meta tags, header tags, URL structure, Schema codes and internal linking strategies to enhance website visibility and relevance.
- Working on link building with different strategies based on the best practices.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in direct-to-consumer SEO with a proven track record of demonstrable SEO outcomes.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO Tools (SEMRush, AHrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, etc)
- The ideal candidate will have strong data analytics skills; able to pull & manipulate multiple datasets to inform strategy with data.
- Exposure to SEO in relation to website design and A/B Testing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data to extract insights.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding in backend systems, how websites are put together, and the structure within a content management system.
- Proficiency in PC use and MS Office, especially Excel (including pivot tables and V-Lookups).
- Google Analytics Certifications are a bonus.
- Familiar with the home/insurance industries is a bonus.
- Able to communicate with Engineering teams for Technical SEO fixes.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experience with working with external freelancers (content writers, designers, etc).
