Job Description
We are hiring talented Product Management interns for the Spring 2024 or Summer 2024 semester. You are expected to assist in designing our minimal viable product, conduct market research, and generally support the company’s development roadmap.
Please be aware that this internship is unpaid, and you will not receive wages or be classified as an employee for minimum wage purposes. We will, however, reimburse you for reasonable travel expenses.
For Spring 2024, the internship is part-time, requiring 15-20 hours per week. For Summer 2024, it is a full-time internship, requiring 40 hours per week.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform product decisions
- Assist in the planning and execution of product development stages. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to ensure alignment with product vision
- Help define product features and create detailed specifications. Ensure clear documentation for internal teams and stakeholders
- Participate in user testing sessions. Gather and analyze user feedback to improve product features and user experience
- Communicate regularly and effectively with team members and leadership
- Any and all other duties reasonably assigned by supervisor
Basic Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or already obtained an undergraduate or graduate degree from a college or university in one of the following majors: economics, business, finance, business analytics, engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly convey ideas and information
- Be able to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines
- Must be legal to work in United States (CPT, OPT, or has permanent residency)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience of designing or launching applications on Apple Store
- Prior product management internship experience
- Exposure to any product designing softwares (Figma, Canva, etc.) before
- A basic understanding of 3D interactions and design principles
