Role Overview:
As a Product Management Intern, you are responsible for helping to develop solutions and implement requirements to drive growth of Housecall Pro products. This includes but is not limited to, assisting with shipping new products and working to define the right backlog, structures and frameworks to move us forward. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other stakeholders. You are excited to work amongst a tight-knit agile product team and deliver excellent, crafted software experiences. You are obsessed with creating world class customer experiences, and are comfortable with making difficult decisions. You are an innovator, constantly looking to improve the efficiency and efficacy of our products.

What you do each day:
- Work closely with a Senior Product Manager in one of our product verticals (onboarding, revenue, job execution, reporting, financial services)
- Assist in rapidly shipping customer and business value on a regular basis
- Identify market opportunities to help define product vision and strategy
- Obsess over customer needs and help gather product requirements
- Create thorough specification documents for design and engineering partners that provide clarity
- Report on results of experiments and product projects and provide valuable insights for improvement
- Collaborate with product marketers to help devise go-to-market plans and timelines
- Suggest creative solutions to best practices and software experiences
Qualifications:
- Second year MBA or Graduate Student
- Product Management experience; proven ability to think and operate at high and low altitudes and lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Experience using ‘growth stack’ tools such as Amplitude, Segment, Braze, and LaunchDarkly preferred
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing is a plus
- Understanding of go-to-market commerce enablers (e.g. payments, loyalty, subscriptions, etc.) preferred

HCP Internship Program Details:
Interns will be paired with industry professionals and mentors and will be given opportunities to stretch their skills and enrich their knowledge base to achieve a greater understanding within this space. Our goal with this program is to have the opportunity for a full-time offer after graduation!
The HCP Internship Program will provide an exceptional experience centered around inclusion, collaboration and growth. Interns will participate in various activities during their time with HCP. Some of these activities include:
- Formal onboarding event to ensure integration to the organization and program.
- A one-on-one mentorship with a leader for the duration of the program, as well as an Experience Mentor to ensure success.
- Participation in LetsGrow, a peer-to-peer learning program where participants can reflect on their purpose and experience fulfilling growth.
- A celebration for all interns at the end of their internship!
This internship will begin on June 5th and end on August 16th, 2024. You will work 40 hours per week fully-remote.

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates inside and outside of Colorado and the expected compensation range for this role is $40-$45/hour. The specific hourly rate for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. Housecall Pro is growing fast and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
