Education:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate (minimum of at least 3 years completed if undergraduate) or Masters program in science or health care discipline.
General Description:
The Global Medical Affairs Program Management intern will have an opportunity to develop their project management skillset within the global medical organization, gaining exposure to key medical affairs functions encompassing medical strategy, data generation, scientific communication and training, early patient engagement, and congress planning. Tactical deliverables may include development of tools (e.g. templates, process maps, automated workflows) that improve efficiency and consistency in global processes. This individual will gain hands-on, real-world experience while developing career skills for a future career in project management, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industry.
Essential Functions of the job:
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and on a team; positive, proactive, team-focused approach is essential.
Tracking project progress and deliverables to drive results, communicating changes and progress, and completing assigned projects on time.
Organizing and managing Medical Affairs workstreams, meetings, agendas, and minutes.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams (and Zoom).
Other Qualifications:
- Interest in pursuing a career in Medical Affairs and/or the Biotech industry
- Self-motivated, ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multi- cultural environment.
- Strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.

$27.50/hr USD – Undergraduate
$38.50/hr USD – Masters
