A10 has been offering DDoS Protection solutions to customers for many years. We collect threat intelligence from multiple sources, we use this intelligence in our products, and we develop ML/AI models to optimize the value of our data.
As DDoS attacks become more sophisticated and protection against such threats becomes paramount in every segment of the market, as a Product Management Intern you will have the opportunity to explore how different customer types expect to consume DDoS protection and influence the product strategy to address those needs.
You will work closely with the DDoS Product Management Team, the Security Researcher team and our sales organization to define product requirements and influence how we can use data and products to solve the challenges our customers face in today’s threat landscape.
As Product Manager Intern you will learn more about:
- Customer segmentations and market trends
- Understanding customer use cases and turning them into product requirements
- How cybersecurity technology gets consumed by different customer types
- How ML/AI can be an integral part of products and solutions
Responsibilities
- Work with product management, engineering, threat researchers and sales teams to understand different DDoS market segments and needs
- Define product requirements for a specific segment
- Work with engineering to propose innovative solutions to customers product, including solutions based on ML/AI
- Under supervision, propose pricing and packaging
Qualifications
- Last year master’s degree student in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field or bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering or similar and last year MBA student
- A passion for resourceful and creative problem-solving
- An open mind and interest in managing products, learning about customers, and working with A10 sales.
- Must be graduating between December 2024 and June 2025
- Available to work from May 28 – August 16 OR June 17 – September 6 – Summer 2024
