The Brandes RISE Mentorship Program for College Women connects career-oriented individuals motivated to learn about the investment management industry with Brandes professionals to help you seek your place in our exciting sector. Our goal is to foster interest and empower you by nurturing knowledge and building confidence.
Through our focused program, you will:
• Gain access to two mentors—at least one of whom will be a woman.
• Tap into mentors’ professional experience and get useful career tips and advice.
• Learn about the structure of the investment industry and the skills needed to navigate different jobs.
• Build an early-career support network with fellow mentees and mentors

Program Attributes and Target Candidates
Brandes RISE runs from December 2023 to May 2024. Female undergraduate students attending a four-year university program in the San Diego area are eligible to apply. You are an ideal candidate if you’re a sophomore or junior, but we encourage all undergraduates to apply. First-year MBA students will also be considered on a selective basis.
