Toni Rhorer
Executive Director | Industry Partner to Consumer Packaged Goods, Healthcare/Biotech, Law & Legal Services, Pharmaceutical, and Retail
Toni is the Executive Director of the Career Management Center at Rady School of Management at UC San Diego; she has been working in higher education career services for more than 15 years, in both private and public institutions. The majority of Toni’s experience has been at business school career centers, including the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Toni has worked extensively with MBA students, specifically in supply chain, on their career management through workshop presentations, teaching career courses, and individual coaching. Most recently Toni led the coaching team at W. P. Carey, providing career support to more than 16,000 business students, including undergraduate, specialized masters, and MBA students. Toni has been featured in U.S. New and World Report and Inbound Logistics, discussing internship success and recruiting trends. Toni holds a B.A. in Education from the University of Arizona, a M.Ed. in Counseling from North Carolina State University, a M.A. in Library and Information Science from the University of Arizona, and a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Analytics in Higher Education from Arizona State University.
Stephanie Sperow
Career Operations & Project Supervisor
Stephanie is the Career Operations & Project Supervisor in the Career Management Center at Rady School of Management at UC San Diego. She received her Bachelor’s from UC Santa Barbara, where she worked as a research assistant, working closely alongside professors and graduate students to collect and clean data for several research studies. After graduating, Stephanie went on to gain experience in office operations while working at an outpatient mental health clinic; a large part of her role included collaborating with an executive team to build procedures and protocols for the staff and clinicians. While there, she continued to independently study data analytics, expanding her knowledge on reading programming languages and creating reports and dashboards. In her current position, she manages the Operation’s team, the Career Management Center’s technology, and data reporting processes.
Leeann Dolbeck
Office Coordinator
Leeann is the Office Coordinator in the Career Management Center at Rady School of Management. During her 20+ years of service at UC San Diego, she has worked to foster collaboration, focusing on growing communication and community in our shared campus environment. She has served as the Chair of the UC San Diego Staff Association and as the Senior Delegate for UC San Diego on the Council of UC Staff Assemblies (CUCSA), which provides input on matters of interest to staff employees to the Office of the President. In her current role, Leeann supports the Career Center staff and welcomes the graduate business students, career coaches, and corporate recruiters who come to the Rady School of Management Career Management Center.
Rachel Gross
Corporate Recruiting Assistant | Industry Partner to Advertising, Hospitality, Media, Non-Profit, and Education
Rachel is the Corporate Recruiting Assistant in the Career Management Center at the Rady School of Management at UC San Diego. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and a Minor in Sports Management from Washington State University. After graduating, Rachel worked as a Corporate Recruiter and worked her way up to becoming an Account Executive at a large staffing agency before joining the Rady team. In her current position, she assists the Career Management Center teams with strategic planning and development.
Mi Wu
Associate Director, International Employer Engagement
Mi is an Associate Director in Employer Engagement and works with companies in China and with global operations. She holds a B.A. in English from the University of International Business and Economics in China, an M.A. in Conference Interpreting and Translation from University of Leeds in the UK, an M.Ed in Higher and Postsecondary Education as well as an EDD in Leadership and Innovation from Arizona State University in the U.S. In her 10+ years of student services in higher education, she has served in various capacities including admissions, advising, student engagement, and career services at the University of International Business and Economics, Illinois Institute of Technology China Office, Arizona State University and University of Miami. In her current role at Rady School of Management Career Management Center, she focuses on connecting students with job searching resources and opportunities in China and globally.
Amanda Castello (Lowery)
Associate Director, Employer Engagement | Industry Partner to Aerospace, Energy, Manufacturing, Entertainment/Sports, Agribusiness/Construction/Engineering, Environmental Services, Tech, Telecommunications, and Transportation/Logistics
Amanda is an Associate Director, Employer Engagement with the Career Management Center at Rady School of Management at UC San Diego. Before joining Rady, Amanda provided career coaching services and developed career opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students across San Diego. Amanda partners with employers in the information technology, defense, transportation, logistics, and manufacturing industries to support their recruiting needs. She is dedicated to providing students with access to career opportunities and is a strong advocate for Rady talent. She received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Grand Valley State University.
Sarah Garro
Associate Director, Employer Engagement | Industry Partner to Accounting, Consulting, Financial Services, Economic Development, Government, Human Resources/Recruitment, International Trade, and Real Estate
Sarah is an Associate Director, Employer Engagement at the Career Management Center at UC San Diego Rady School of Management. In her role, Sarah fosters relationships with employers in the Accounting Services, Consulting, Financial Services, and Real Estate industries to meet their recruiting needs. Prior to joining Rady, Sarah served the professional development needs of students and strengthened connections between alumni and the university while at Alliant International University. Sarah has worked in the education and nonprofit sectors for more than 25 years, including roles at Alliant, The Bishop’s School, University of San Diego, Harmonium, and SAY San Diego. She has extensive experience in strategic program management, networking and career services, alumni outreach and engagement, board management, and donor relations. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of San Diego and her MBA at USD’s Knauss School of Business. In addition, she is pursuing a certificate in career advising through UC San Diego’s Extended Studies.
Courtney Miklusak
Senior Director, Career Coaching
Courtney is the Senior Director for Career Coaching and coaches the Flex MBA students. Courtney works with all the Rady Career Coaches to best prepare our students for their own career management and development. Prior to joining Rady, Courtney worked in law school career services for 17 years after spending 7 years in the practice of law in San Diego. As a long-time career coach to law students and lawyers, she managed all aspects of the career services at California Western School of Law. Along with career coaching, she led and oversaw the office and employer development, professional development, student and alumni programming, placement reporting and the solo practice incubator program. As an attorney, Courtney practiced both civil litigation and transactional law, working in small and medium size private law firms in business, real estate, finance, construction and professional malpractice. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from University of California, Santa Barbara and a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. She also is a California licensed attorney.
Kathy Self
Associate Director, Career Coach for MPAc
Kathy is an Associate Director and Career Coach for the MPAc students at Rady. She has worked in higher education career services for more than 15 years. Kathy has advised business and tech students on their career management journey through workshop presentations, teaching career courses, and individual coaching. Through her work with the Career Services Center, and Rady’s Career Management Center at UC San Diego she has supported alumni, undergraduate, specialized masters, and MBA students. Prior to joining Rady’s career team, Kathy supported business students and employers at Fowler College of Business – San Diego State University, including managing accounting recruitment. Kathy holds a B.A. in Public Affairs from Well College – NY, a M.A. in Counseling from the University of San Diego, and is certified in Gallup Strengths and MBTI.
Nelitza Morales
Associate Director, Career Coach for MSBA
Nelitza is the Associate Director, Career Coach for MSBA. Nelitza joined Rady in October 2022 and works with Full-time and Flex MSBA students throughout their career development pathway while at Rady. Before joining Rady, Nelitza worked with various clients on their career development while also supporting students in their education. Most recently, Nelitza worked with students who were upskilling their career goals in Software Engineering via an immersive tech boot camp with General Assembly. Nelitza taught Outcomes-a class focusing on preparing students on transitioning into the tech industry. Other experience includes serving as the Interim Director/Program Advisor for TRIO Achievers SSS at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Nelitza worked directly with first-generation, international, and veteran students to support their educational success by overseeing and developing educational pathways, professional development, graduate/professional school exploration, and personal health and well-being. Nelitza holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from California State University, Long Beach, and a Master of Science in Higher Educational Counseling and Student Affairs.
Michelle Bollinger
Associate Director, Career Coach for FT MBA (Class of 2027)
Michelle is the Associate Director, Career Coach for the FT MBA program at Rady. She brings nearly two decades of impactful leadership in higher education and career development, including having served as the Director of Career and Professional Development at Texas A&M University-Central Texas and the Director of Graduate Student Services and Initiatives at the University of Missouri, College of Education. Her extensive experience includes working with diverse populations, such as undergraduate and graduate students, veterans, international students, and student-athletes. Her coaching focuses on guiding and empowering students to develop their skills and achieve their professional goals. Michelle’s transformative leadership style and unwavering commitment to excellence have significantly enhanced student engagement and advanced graduate student services. She holds a Master of Arts in Family and Community Services and a Master of Arts in Youth Development, both from the University of Missouri, and a Master of Public Administration in Community Wellness and Leisure Services from Southeast Missouri State University. Michelle is also a Certified Empowerment and Motivational Professional and a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, underscoring her dedication to personal and professional development.
Bobby Lange
Associate Director, Career Coach for FT MBA (Class of 2026)
Bobby Lange is an Associate Director, Career Coach for the Full-Time MBA program. Through his extensive experience working in graduate and undergraduate education, as well as K-12 environments, Bobby has developed strong skills and increased his knowledge to support students across their career coaching journey. He has provided personalized advising and programming to a diverse student body on topics ranging from academic success and career development to job hunting and professional growth. His roles have included career coaching for undergraduate students, supervising and teaching graduate level counselors, academic coaching, and organization development, demonstrating a strong commitment to student success and development. He brings a strategic and big-picture mindset, leveraging his background in psychology, coaching, and counseling to offer comprehensive guidance and support. Bobby holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University, a Master of Arts in Counseling from Wake Forest University, and is nearly finished with his PhD in Counselor Education from the University of Tennessee.
Kyle Santos
Associate Director, Career Coach for MQF
Kyle is the Associate Director, Career Coach for the MQF program, leveraging his extensive experience and academic background to support and guide students in their professional journeys. Previously, he worked as a Peer Advising Program Coordinator for the Office of Academic Advising at the University of Oregon (UO) and as a Career Readiness Coach at the UO Career Center. Throughout his career, Kyle has held several leadership roles, enriching his understanding of student needs, the power of mentorship, and career development. Kyle’s upbringing in a community deeply rooted in Hawaiian culture has significantly influenced his approach to career coaching. He is passionate about empowering individuals to own and share their stories through the lens of their identities and voices. Kyle holds an Associate of Art degree in Hawaiian Studies and Liberal Arts from Kapi’olani Community College, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Sociology from the University of Oregon, and a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership and Policy with concentrations in Training and Development and Teaching Adult Learners from Portland State University.
Kristine Anassian
Associate Director, Career Coach for MQF & MSBA
Kristine serves as Associate Director, Career Coach for the Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) and Master of Quantitative Finance (MQF) programs. She brings extensive experience in higher education and career development, having served in a variety of roles at USC, UNLV, and Los Angeles community colleges. Most recently, Kristine served as Assistant Director of Employer Engagement at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she partnered with regional employers to create meaningful opportunities for students and modernized large-scale career events to expand student access to industry. Before joining UNLV, Kristine served as a Senior Career Advisor at the University of Southern California, guiding students through career exploration, graduate school preparation, and professional development. She also designed programs that expanded students’ access to industry leaders and equipped them with tools and skills to succeed in competitive job markets. A proud UC San Diego alumna, Kristine holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Cognitive Science. She went on to earn her Master of Education in Educational Counseling from the University of Southern California, where she developed her passion for applying counseling theory to career coaching. Kristine integrates counseling techniques into her advising sessions to help students reflect deeply, uncover their passions, and align their career pathways with a sense of fulfillment and purpose.
