ExperienceBain is a virtual pre-MBA program for candidates starting the first year of their MBA at an eligible school. Join us this summer to explore our work, experience our culture, and gain valuable insights into the recruiting process. 

Through interactive virtual sessions with Bain team members around the world, ExperienceBain gives you a clear view of what it means to be a consultant at Bain, working with leading organizations to solve complex challenges and deliver lasting results. 

You’ll explore the transformative work we do, the types of cases you could work on and the collaborative teams you’d be part of. You’ll also gain insight into how you can shape your career here, from choosing a home office to understanding how staffing works and how consultants build expertise in areas that matter most to them. You’ll hear directly from our teams about how community, coaching and mentorship shape the supportive culture at Bain and enable us to deliver strong outcomes for clients. 

No matter your prior work experience, whether you are confident consulting is your path or still exploring, ExperienceBain offers a low-pressure way to learn more, reflect on your interests and prepare thoughtfully for MBA recruiting. 

To register, you must be admitted to an MBA program beginning in Fall 2026 at an eligible school*. Students enrolled in dual-degree programs, such as MD/MBA or JD/MBA, are also eligible. If you have your MBA school email address, please use it to register. If not, you may update your profile later this summer. 

If you meet the criteria above, we encourage you to register by Sunday, May 3, 2026, to receive updates and access to programming beginning in early June. 

If you already have your respective MBA school email address, please use it to apply – if not, you’ll be able to update your profile later this summer.  

At this time, we welcome incoming 1st year MBA students who are accepted into an eligible school* to apply. Dual degree program students are also eligible (e.g. MD/MBA, JD/MBA).
