Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Intern to join our team for the 2025 tax season. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to accounting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation in a professional setting.
Responsibilities
- Support office managers and the tax team with daily accounting and administrative tasks.
- Assist in preparing bookkeeping entries, tax returns, and 1099 forms
- Review financial documents and journal entries for accuracy
- Interact with clients to gain exposure to various industries and tax scenarios
- Provide general support as needed to ensure smooth operations during tax season
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a willingness to learn
Internship Details
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Duration: Through the 2026 Tax Season
Hands-on training and exposure to client-facing work
