At The Elliot Group, our Associate role is a foundational role focused on developing the skillset to move into a full desk/full lifecycle Search Consultant position. An Associate works closely with the candidate and client facing search team throughout the entire journey of a search.
Role Qualifications
- Supporting the executive search lifecycle and working closely with search teams to learn the full Elliot search process, including candidate research, candidate recruiting, assessment, and qualification.
- Focusing on candidate research and leading coordination of the search process, including writing and document preparation.
- Acting as primary researcher for search teams and the main contact between the Search Team and the Search Support Team.
- Identifying C-level, VP-level, and Director-level candidates across functional disciplines to expand internal candidate pipeline.
- Supporting The Elliot Group’s continued growth by leading efforts on gathering industry information, data, target companies, and candidates.
- Performing administrative and research tasks through a variety of different mediums including online research and within our Applicant Tracking System.
- Preparing client facing written materials, including job overviews, candidate briefs, and reports.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all internal and external communication
- Ability to be based in the greater New York City/Westchester/Atlanta area
