About the role: We are looking for value-aligned individuals to lead small teams and perform skilled services related to home maintenance and repairs. Working as a foreman for Surv will require good communication skills as you coordinate with office staff to schedule jobs and update scope. You will also act as an advocate for our Neighbors, communicating issues and changes as they surface.
Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance and security of all Surv tools, vehicles, and equipment
- Cultivating confidence in workers through training and provision of tools and equipment
- Owning operational efficiency; constantly thinking of ways to improve speed and quality of work
- Responsible for the well-being and development of 3-5 project managers
- Complete general maintenance work
- Quality assurance
- Follow workplace health and safety rules
- Handle complaints professionally
- Log and report jobsite expenses daily
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Physically able to work on your feet for long periods of time

Working Hours
- Full-time, exempt
- Occasional availability for Saturday or after-hours work
- Occasional travel for training and organizational events
Compensation
- $42,500-$47,500/annually
- Revenue sharing
