Armed with our comprehensive training program, you will be responsible for contacting business owners through effective phone, email, and face-to-face sales techniques. Sales Responsibilities and Duties:
- Contact business owners through effective phone sales techniques to qualify needs and schedule new business appointments.
- Meet with corporate decision makers by performing outside, face-to-face sales calls; reliable transportation required.
- Generate sales revenue to meet or exceed team and individual sales quota.
- Utilize computer skills in conjunction with our CRM (Salesforce) to develop a strong sales pipeline, view prospect information, and perform data entry.
Sales Qualifications:
- Must be competitive, persistent, and likable.
- Must be willing to learn and ask questions.
- Must be money-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Must be resilient and able to handle rejection.
Sales Compensation:
We offer a starting base pay of $19.23/hr ($40,000 annual) which quickly increases to $20.19/hr ($42,000 annual) after the completion of our “Certification Training Program” (6 months).
In addition to your base, we offer uncapped commission, residual income stream, and a “Career Step-Up Plan” with scheduled base raises up to $48.08/hr ($100,000 annual) upon reaching career sales milestones. Account Representatives start earning commission from their first day of employment forward, for all sales they either initiate or support.
With your base pay + commission, most Account Representatives earn between $40,000 to $50,000 by the end of their first year. By the time our Account Representatives reach “Senior” level promotion at year 3, they typically earn between $60,000 and $70,000. Many of our seasoned Sales Associates make $100,000 or more.
