Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and refining acquisition strategies to align with company objectives.
- Perform market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and understand trends.
- Oversee project timelines and liaise with project managers and contractors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis for potential acquisitions to evaluate investment viability.
- Lead due diligence efforts, including reviewing legal and financial documents and conducting property inspections.
- Prepare investment proposals, term sheets, and purchase agreements.
- Support negotiations of purchase agreements and assist in resolving issues during deal-making.
- Update stakeholders on project statuses and investment opportunities; prepare presentations for management and external partners.
- Manage special projects as assigned by the President, focusing on strategic planning and process improvements.
- Ensure all practices comply with industry regulations and maintain high ethical standards.
