Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and refining acquisition strategies to align with company objectives.
  • Perform market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and understand trends.
  • Oversee project timelines and liaise with project managers and contractors to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis for potential acquisitions to evaluate investment viability.
  • Lead due diligence efforts, including reviewing legal and financial documents and conducting property inspections.
  • Prepare investment proposals, term sheets, and purchase agreements.
  • Support negotiations of purchase agreements and assist in resolving issues during deal-making.
  • Update stakeholders on project statuses and investment opportunities; prepare presentations for management and external partners.
  • Manage special projects as assigned by the President, focusing on strategic planning and process improvements.
  • Ensure all practices comply with industry regulations and maintain high ethical standards.
