- Serving as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, building trust through consistent communication and follow-through.
- Fielding client needs and questions with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Leading execution of marketing programs, coordinating deliverables across team members and channels.
- Providing advance coordination and on-site support for live events, as well as for video and photo shoots.
- Operating backend tools for social media, email marketing, and other distribution platforms.
- Identifying strategic opportunities to extend the reach and impact of our work — including through new content formats, partnerships, or platforms.
- Using performance data to shape decisions, test new approaches, and recommend adjustments that improve results.
- Working closely with team leaders to ensure each client’s program stays aligned with their business goals, brand identity, and budget.
- Bringing both analytical thinking and creative insight to the table — balancing numbers and nuance to move brands forward.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent command of the English language
- Portfolio that demonstrates clear, compelling, succinct writing for an audience
- Excellent ability to listen well and perceive information from different perspectives
- Ability to solve problems, and to work and learn independently
- Strong work ethic and ability to focus
