Rotational Internship Program
Program Overview
North American Properties (NAP) is seeking a motivated and curious candidate for our Rotational Internship Program in the Cincinnati office. This program offers hands-on experience and professional development by engaging in a variety of business functions across the company.
Interns will actively contribute to projects and initiatives that support NAP’s continued growth and performance, working alongside teams in Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, Capital Markets, and Operations. The internship is designed to provide broad business exposure, develop practical skills, and offer valuable insight into the operations of a leading real estate and investment firm.
How You’ll Contribute and Make an Impact
Immersive Rotations: Work with Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, Treasury, Capital Markets, and other operational teams.
Hands-On Training: Learn to navigate financial systems (Sage Intacct, Nexus, Domo, Dekko), participate in payroll and bank reconciliations, and assist on live projects.
Cross-Functional Exposure: Understand how departments collaborate to drive company success.
Professional Development: Join team lunches, meet senior leaders, and participate in workshops.
Real Work, Real Impact: Contribute to marketing content creation, operational reporting, and other active initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (preferred focus in Business, Finance, Marketing, HR, or related fields)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and work across multiple disciplines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with accounting or data systems is a plus
