Internship Overview:
Looking to explore a career in financial advising? Noble Birch Wealth Management is offering a Fall internship for students interested in financial planning, investment management, and tax strategy. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the advisory profession, participate in real client work, and receive mentorship from seasoned professionals. You’ll assist with financial plan development, client service, and tax return preparation (we’ll train you). This is a great opportunity for a motivated, people-focused student looking to build a long-term career in wealth management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating and updating financial plans
- Shadow experienced financial advisors during meetings
- Help service existing client accounts
- Learn and assist with individual tax return preparation
- Support use of our integrated WealthScan 360 planning tools
- Participate in team meetings and internal planning initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:
Junior, senior, or master’s student pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
Interest in personal financial planning and/or CFP® track
Available to work in-office 2–3 days per week (flexible with class schedule)
Based in or able to commute to Davenport, IA
Willingness to learn tax preparation (no experience required)
