We’re looking for a Data Scientist who can combine analytical thinking, statistical modeling, and product understanding to drive real impact.

What You’ll Work On
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Build predictive models for matching, ranking, and hiring outcomes
- Work on NLP-related problems such as resume understanding and skill extraction
- Design and run experiments (A/B testing) to evaluate product features
- Define and track key metrics to measure product and model performance
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate insights into features
- Clean, process, and structure messy real-world datasets
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
- Continuously improve models using real-world feedback
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5+ years of experience in data science or applied analytics roles
- Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and machine learning
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.)
- Experience with SQL and working with large datasets
- Experience building and evaluating predictive models
- Familiarity with NLP or unstructured data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate insights effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with deep learning or transformer-based models
- Exposure to LLMs or generative AI
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with experimentation frameworks
- Background in SaaS or product-based companies
