- Typical workweek: 40–45 hours
- Tax season (Feb – mid-April): 55 hours (vs. 80+ at larger firms!)
- In-office position with flexible hours/schedule

What You’ll Do:
💼 Accounting & Financial Responsibilities:
✔ Record transactions, classify postings, and reconcile accounts
✔ Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
✔ Assist with subsidiary accounts and controls
✔ Simple reviews & compilations
✔ Tax/Bond planning
✔ Draft financial statements and corporate tax returns
Work Directly with Partners & Clients – Gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment!
💰 Compensation & Benefits 💰
- Salary: $65,000–$75,000 (based on education/experience) including overtime

- $2,500 bonus for passing the CPA exam
- $1,000 reimbursement for CPA study materials/test fees
