Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Associate (BDA) at Finder Relays USA located in Suwanee, GA. The BDA will be responsible for working with the Regional Sales Management team in developing territories and accounts.
Some responsibilities of a business developer include:
- Identify and research potential clients
- Cold calling and meeting with prospective customers
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
- Track and report on the status of proposal components
- Conduct ongoing market research
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to identify more effective marketing strategies
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Ability to identify potential new customers and develop relationships with existing customers
- Experience in analyzing market trends and identifying new growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the electromechanical or electronic components industry is a plus
