What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage client accounts and support daily operations. This role is remote and offers flexible part-time to full-time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
● Check in regularly with clients to ensure their needs are met
● Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and communications
● Handle billing and invoicing
● Maintain and update client information using CRM software
● Prepare forms to support clients
● Support the leadership team with ad hoc projects
● Add value to existing clients by introducing them to new and exciting programs
What We’re Looking For:
● Strong Excel and computer skills
● Highly organized and detail-oriented
● Previous experience in sales or client service roles is a plus
● Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
● Excellent communication skills
