Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Specialist to support daily business operations. This role involves coordinating order fulfillment, warehouse and logistics management, and operational reporting to ensure a seamless supply chain process.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate order processing and shipment fulfillment
Communicate with warehouse teams and 3PL partners
Track delivery progress and maintain shipping documentation
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
Optimize workflows and contribute to SOP development
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Procurement teams
Operate ERP or WMS systems (e.g., Zoho, Odoo, Lingxing ERP/WMS)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred
1–3 years of relevant experience in eCommerce or trade operations
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual in English and Chinese is a MUST
