Position Summary

As Executive Assistant to Project Manager Alex Amro, you’ll work directly with a high-energy leader focused on scaling operations and driving long-term growth at CR Express. Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Project Manager’s calendar, including scheduling internal meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
Track project deadlines, organize priorities, and manage daily tasks.
Utilize Alex Amro’s CRM system to track leads, record updates, and follow up on new business opportunities
Assist in communication with potential customers and coordinating responses to new inquiries or prospects
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Take meeting minutes during ownership meetings, management check-ins, and customer calls; distribute summaries and track follow-ups
(Preferred but Not Required) Drive the Project Manager to and from work using a company-provided vehicle
Support marketing initiatives as needed (managing and updating CRM contact data, scheduling and creation of marketing emails and newsletters preferred)
Qualifications
Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Powerpoint
Experience in logistics, operations, or sales support is a plus
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle
