Our Summer Internship is 8 weeks long and takes place June – July 2024.
While gaining real-world experience and subsequently building a network of professional contacts, the programs supportive training schedule will ensure you accelerate. You will also gain an insight into how we support our clients, and this will allow you to develop your knowledge of Real Estate and its associated functions.
We offer a variety of opportunities in different business lines and locations:
- Business Development
- Client Servicing (Fund Accounting and Investment Oversight)
- Client Onboarding & Management
Program participants will receive real-world training and participate in networking and learning opportunities within one of the following departments:
Business Development – develops sales strategies, segments the market,
develops sales collateral and engages in sales presentations.
- Client Servicing (Fund Accounting and Investment Oversight) – applies accounting knowledge in preparing client’s financial books and records.
- Finance – utilizes knowledge as well as functional expertise to deliver consistent, world-class budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and analysis support.
- Client Onboarding & Management – transforms the way we govern clients to deliver outcomes, and strategy consistently, and efficiently, with the right governance and full transparency.
- A forward-thinking and enthusiastic individual with a passion for accounting, finance, investment accounting.
- Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and proactive with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and good time management.
- Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- The successful candidate must, by the commencement of employment, have the right to work in the US.
