Internship Role
We’re seeking enthusiastic Content Writing Interns to create high-quality, domain-specific articles, blogs, and educational resources for our real estate investment platform. In this role, you will research industry trends, translate investment topics into engaging and accessible content, and help us connect with our target audience through well-crafted narratives.
This is a hands-on opportunity to strengthen your writing, research, and storytelling skills, contribute to the early growth of a startup, and make a meaningful impact on how investors learn about real estate opportunities.
Logistics about the internship:
(1) As a startup, we offer compensation in the form of company equity (stock allocation) rather than a traditional salary/stipend. (2) Remote — no travel required. (3) Part-time, 10–20 hours/week. (4) Start date: Fall session, with the possibility of continuation in Spring/Summer, subject to fit and availability of positions.
Responsibilities
- Research and write blog articles, guidance articles, and thought-leadership pieces related to real estate investing and housing markets trends and tips.
- Translate investment concepts into clear, engaging content for a non-expert audience.
- Develop SEO-friendly website copy, FAQs, and product-related content to educate and engage the user community.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas aligned with our brand and marketing goals.
- Adapt content for different formats (social media posts, newsletters, short-form video scripts, etc.).
Qualifications and Experience
- Students in all majors with strong writing, research, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly and persuasively (such as academic writing, journalism, blogging and creative writing).
- Strong interest in learning about real estate, investing or finance.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with SEO basics and AI tools will be a plus.
