We are seeking a motivated, data-savvy Strategy & Insights Analyst to join our growing Strategy team. This hands-on role supports critical reporting, planning, and market intelligence efforts across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Business Performance
• Prepare and maintain recurring Excel and Power BI reports that support operational and commercial decision-making.
• Assist in automating manual reporting tasks using tools such as Power Query, Excel VBA, or Power BI.
• Collaborate with Finance and functional teams to consolidate metrics and track performance across the organization.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
• Gather and synthesize external data from syndicated sources, industry publications, and public filings.
• Assist in preparing customer profiles, competitive reviews, and category updates.
• Contribute to the development of a centralized knowledge base that aggregates insights from marketing, sales, and macro research.
Strategic Support
• Help coordinate deliverables tied to the annual budget and 3-year strategic planning process.
• Participate in cross-functional planning sessions by tracking inputs and summarizing key takeaways.
• Support content creation for internal strategy newsletters and leadership briefings.
Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of experience in strategy, financial analysis, consulting, or business intelligence.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, charts); experience with Power BI or SQL is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Strong written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Growth-oriented mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members.
• CPG experience a plus (but not a prerequisite)
