Role Description and Qualifications of the Tax Intern
Primary functions of the Tax Intern shall include:
- Assist in the review of tax workpapers, including common book-to-tax adjustments and partnership allocations;
- Assist in the review of US tax filings and payments
- Monitor the delivery status of US tax reporting and tax workpapers in coordination with Ardian’s tax advisors and administrators;
- Archive final tax deliverables and organize data stored in Ardian’s document repositories;
- Summarize tax disputes and inquiries received from US federal and state tax regulators to share with US tax advisors;
- Assist in preparing materials and supporting schedules for presentations and memos
Qualifications for the position shall include:
- Master’s in taxation program candidate;
- Rising senior or entering fifth year of a Master’s program;
- Minimum GPA of 3.3;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
