We’re looking for a motivated, driven, and organized individual to join our growing insurance agency in an entry-level sales role with a clear path to becoming a licensed agent and eventually owning your own agency.
What This Role Looks Like:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll begin your journey by getting licensed in Property & Casualty and Life Insurance, with our guidance and support. You’ll work directly with customers in our office and out in the community helping protect what matters most in their lives.
You’ll learn how to:
- Educate clients on insurance coverages and identify their needs
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Sell personal lines of insurance (auto, home, life, renters, etc.)
- Network within the community to generate leads and bring in new business
- Build a strong foundation for future agency ownership
What We’re Looking For:
Ambition to grow into a leadership or agency owner role
A self-starter who thrives on goals and personal accountability
Excellent communication and people skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Comfortable working face-to-face with clients, this is NOT a remote position
Willingness to become licensed
