About the Event:

Please join us on Thursday, October 9th from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm for the UC San Diego Fall Career Fair. This event will be at the Liontree Arena with doors opening at 10:00 am and closing at 4:00 pm

REGISTRATION DETAILS

• The career fairs are open to UC San Diego students and alumni only.
• In order to gain admittance to the fair, students MUST register through Handshake AND bring their student ID the day of the fair.

The student entrance is located on 2nd level of Liontree Arena near the ticket booths.  We encourage students/alumni not to bring bags or backpacks.  All items must be with a student/alumni at all times. 

Due to the popularity of this event, we have implemented arrival times to ensure a positive experience for all attendees.

The Career Fair will be divided into 4 arrival times. Please sign up for one time and arrive at the student registration table at that time to check in. 

Arrival Time 1: 10:00 am – For Alumni, Postdoc, and Graduate Student ONLY
Arrival Time 2: 10:30 am – All Students & Alumni Welcome
Arrival Time 3: 12:30 pm – All Students & Alumni Welcome
Arrival Time 4: 2:30 pm – All Students & Alumni Welcome

During the Virtual Career Fair Series, employers will be able to host two types of sessions to interact with students.

• Group Sessions: 30 minutes each; multiple students can attend
• 1:1 Sessions: 10 minutes each; one student and one employer representative can attend

In order to prepare yourself for the virtual fair and all it has to offer, please visit Handshake’s Guide to Attending a Virtual Fair. This resource will provide valuable information on how to register for sessions, how to prepare for the fair, and how to participate virtually when the time arrives.

In order to register for 1:1 and group sessions, employers’ sessions need to be available. Please be sure to check the event page often as employers can create and add their sessions at any time.

How to Register:
Students are required to register on 12Twenty and the CareerFair+ platform: 

1. Register first on 12twenty with your approved resume
2. After registering here, you’ll navigate to the CareerFair+ platform to set up your account. Instructions on how to do so are below:
   1. Visit https://app.careerfairplus.com/login
   2. Choose ‘Sign Up’, then ‘Student or Candidate’
      1. You must use your UCSD email address to register to access the event
   3. Complete your profile as instructed
3. On Wednesday, October 22nd at 9:00 AM, the employers’ schedules will be open to book 1:1s and/or info sessions. After this time, you can navigate back to the CareerFair+ app or site and search “Fall 2025 UC Collaborative Virtual Career Fair”
   1. Once you’ve booked meetings you can find those at https://app.careerfairplus.com/my-fairs
   2. Employers will typically offer 15 min 1:1 or 30 min multi-student info sessions 

Participating employers are exclusively seeking MBA students to fill current or summer 2026 openings, including internships, part time and/or full-time roles.
